Shipping Policy

To be eligible for Standard Free Shipping, orders must be placed and shipped within the continental U.S., must total $100 or more, and only applies to products that are in stock. Shipping orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that shipping time applies to the amount of days that your item will take to arrive once it ships, not once your order is placed.

Standard Shipping orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from ship date.

Priority Shipping orders are delivered within 3 business days from ship date.

USPS Expedited Shipping orders are delivered within 2 business days from ship date.

Please note: USPS Expedited orders placed by 10 am EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 10 am EST will be processed the next business day.

Return & Exchange Policy

Products may only be returned if items received do not match order placed. In this instance, all products received must be unopen and returned in original packaging. If you are uncertain of the products needed, feel free to contact our team.

Skincare tools, (i.e facial steamers, scrubbers) may only be exchanged if items are defective. Be sure to fully charge and check power supply connections before inquiring about a return.
