Refunds/Exchanges

 

Returns - Due to the nature of our products we do not allow returns after 14 business days unless your order is defective. If your product is defective we will issue a replacement.  You must contact us immediately, return the order, unused. We are not able to resell any products that are returned.

 

Damaged/Lost Delivery Claims - In order for SKIN by Alisha Danielle, to process a replacement for orders damaged or lost by UPS please adhere to the following guidelines.

As per UPS, there is a 60-day window in which a claim can be filed, please make sure you have seven images of damaged product, do not dispose of products till you have filed a claim with UPS, and they have inspected the damaged product. Once a claim has been filed with UPS, please email support@skinbyad.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@SkinbyAD.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

Purchase must be made In store ONLY. If you purchase a kits or single product at one of our service locations, you can return item back to same location. In order to keep accountability of purchase and refund, we can only offer this option after you send a request to support@SkinbyAd.com

Skin By Alisha Danielle does offer wholesale opportunities to other licensed esthetician's and spa companies. Save more when you buy bulk.  Simply email support@skinbyad.com for wholesale inquiries.
